There was a general consensus among every one present that the vision is build a Sikh temple (Gurudwara) with khalsa school and to have a provision to build athletic fields, adult day care center and sikh heritage library in the premises.

The first two things to do right now is to

• Register the name of the non-profit organization
• Finalize the lot in Monroe

For item no. 1 above, there were few suggested names for non-profit

• Sikh Cultural Society
• Sikh Heritage Center.
• Sikh Cultural Society of US East Coast
• Sikh Heritage Society of US East Coast
• Tristate Sikh Cultural Society
• Tristate Sikh Heritage Center

We also discussed that we should have a high level project charter for this project with mission/vision/rough timelines/roles and responsibilities etc.
